Local Newspapers and Microfilm Records
The library offers various newspapers on microfilm dating back to the 1820s. To search for an obituary, please use the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library Obituary Index online. You can further your research by accessing the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library Genealogy Book Index. You may use our microfilm reader/printer to view the obituary. If you need help, our staff can assist you. You can also request a photocopy of obituary records and genealogy books.
