Watson Chapel Public Library
The Watson Chapel library is named after our former library director, Dave Burdick, who served for all locations from 1991 – 2012.
The Library is located along Highway 79 (Camden Road), right next to the Watson Chapel High School. The Library holds the adult collection, including the reference section, fiction and non-fiction collection, DVDs as well as books on CDs. The Library currently holds over 24,000 items and can hold over 30,000 items when full. The Watson Chapel branch's hours of operation are the same as most other Jefferson County Public Library hours - see full schedule below. There are four computers that can be used by adults and Watson Chapel High School students, as well as four for children to use for accessing the Internet, Word Processing, and Library databases.
Kids have a reading terrace for storytime, book time, or just plain fun time. There are also four computers just for kids.
